Deposit and Closing: In order to register to bid you must bring a CASHIER'S CHECK payable to Ohio Real Estate Auctions in the amount of $25,000. This check will serve as a non-refundable deposit if you are the high bidder. Checks from all non-winning bidders will be immediately returned upon the conclusion of the bidding process. Sale must close on or before May 18, 2010.
